"Fantastic Communication and Service"
I ran into a few hiccups while navigating the website, but the customer support through the chat bot and later on the phone was top-notch. My order went through smoothly, and I was updated on its status the whole way. The Lutyens bench showed up just like they said it would. The delivery went off without a hitch, and the quality of the bench is superb. Couldn't be happier!

"Outdoor Dining Table"
We were happy to discover a new outdoor dining table to swap out our old one, which I had fixed up. When it showed up, we took it out of the packaging and noticed it was damaged during shipping. I reached out via phone and email, sending them pictures of the issue. I packed the table back up and requested a pickup. The courier came yesterday to collect it, and we received our refund this morning. Really satisfied with how they handled it.

"Fantastic Service and High-Quality Furniture"
Our Rugby Club was looking for a memorial bench to honor one of our Captains who had sadly passed on. The service we got was outstanding, the price was fair, and the delivery was super fast. We really couldn’t find anything to complain about and would gladly recommend Ottena to others.

Definitely deserves a solid 5 stars. My question about the UV protection rating for the parasols was answered quickly. The ordering was a breeze and the delivery was speedy. Great quality product.

"Purchased the 3.5m octagonal umbrella to…"
I got the 3.5m octagonal umbrella to swap out a rectangular wooden one I picked up around 2000. Fingers crossed this one holds up just as well! We had an aluminium one before (that was my husband’s pick), but it was weak and didn’t survive more than 2 summers (it’s been propped up with a galvanised steel pipe, so it’s still around but not great). This Ottena umbrella is way sturdier in the wind and looks really nice. I’m also adding my own pompom decorations to give it an Asian vibe.

"Parasol for the garden in cream"
Got it delivered fast, sturdy and nicely constructed, but the shade turned out to be more yellowish than cream, which wasn’t my cup of tea. I felt let down since the quality was really good. I reached out to Ottena and got a prompt and helpful response, and now I'm just waiting for the pickup.

"Stylish and Durable Chairs"
These chairs are solid, crafted from thick wood. Way better than anything else I came across. They’re comfy and look great too. I’d give it five stars if it weren’t for the fixings that didn’t quite match the cost. They can be adjusted to fit, but it made the setup a bit tricky. The support team was super helpful, ensuring I got the replacements I required. All in all, I’m quite pleased.
